I think this spinoff was a gift. If it fails the ship goes down. Anything else PR's about is just a mute pump, fluff or whatever. With almost 2 Billion shares floating around the company's efforts are going to be
ESTABLISH THE FIRST SPINOFF
The S1 will be filed in time for restrictions to be traded.
THE KEY IS VALUE above 2 dollars for FUTL. If Cameron Cox establishes the investment community it will well be above 2 dollars.

in the mean time FWDG developments are not as crucial. All the effort needs to be FUTL so that all other devlopments have some credibility. Lets not waste money on things that will just die, when FUTL is the future of FWDG
