Nope....outstanding increased once again, as of 08/12/2015 1,236,727,099
today the O/S is 1,251,727,099 as management continues to be silent.
I'm looking for NTEK to break the silence in the next few days, and if not there better be a hell of a good explanation(meaning shareholders will get ROI the next few weks) at the shareholder meeting!!!
