most likely until they figure out a way to *change*
without imploding US equities .. i'm all for implosion myself
imo it's the only aspect that will produce *change* that matters

strongly suspect they will wave that magic FTD wand yet again
re-grandfathering .. b4 they implement an electronically tagged
system re: hard locates .. of course if they follow their usual pattern
they will move with glacial slowness allowing FILTH to create loopholes

sec really needs to be disbanded .. or at least to be headed by one who isn't bought and paid for
