What if TECO were to forget about the filings and restructure the company under a new name (Company) and transfer owned shares by us longs at a 1:1 issuance rate into the NEW company, then I would think that it would rid all of us from the NSS and allow Chris, BOD, and all shareholders the opportunity to move forward and get this behind us.
I'm just thinking out loud.
