Current sales based on what was reported for 1st half of year approx 15m
cost cutting implemented q2 very likely nets better than 4% that was reported preliminary for q1. Could be very beneficial to the company going forward.
over the last 6 months very little dilution approx 7m.

only convert at .1750 2.3m shares which is away from the market
if q1 and q2 are positive 1st time in scrc's history back to back positive eps despite the issues of the 10k
