out in left field alright- esp when until now shares have been kept so comparatively low 282M+Chalks 300m +has Bruce received 30M yet? = ca 600M
as a practical matter it doesnt matter so much because there are no plans to issue for major things - and as long as they dont dilute the value of shares by issuing at a discount etc..
but co's often dont understand the psychology to holders-esp when we've been thru so much-esp when bashers always act like A/S is same as O/S and bashers imply CEO'S go on a drunken joyride thru town throwing new shares out the window
