Two things--if you want a good laugh I just read on the other board that The Lieutenant has been banned. Secondly, I have a possible reason for the two chutes. If Baltia only has to deploy the one chute that did not work properly because of improper packing on the part of the packing company, then they would use one for the test and have another to replace it with to begin the test flights?
