I am not an oil drilling expert but I would assume it takes a lot of money to get to the point where an oil well starts filling oil barrels. Once that oil well starts filling oil barrels it will take less money to keep that oil producing well to continue filling oil barrels.
WOGI is filling barrels so in my opinion WOGI is saving money on bills and making money...
