unfortunately they sold so many shares raising a substantial amount of money,that to give Chalk his 300m shares for 25% of enigma they have to raise A/S just to do that-hope that doesnt delay execution of enigma deal-could just be made conditional on raising A/S enough to give Chalk his shares
maybe when they raised A/S they didnt expect to be so successful in raising money and debt conversions
