There are sites like hid my ass: https://www.hidemyass.com/ that work for those pesky workplace firewalls. I for one would never pay for a service like this because there are lots of good free sites out there that offer the same services. Have not needed one of these sites for sometime now seeing I work for myself and have no blocking issues.
