Listen people, this removal of legacy debt is crucial. BUT staving off dilution is even more critical, in order for this management to instill confidence. It’s no secret that dilution has been a concern of shareholders since long before Melvin Pereira became CEO of this Company. The fact is, the majority of the dilution that was occurring, was directly related to the Company’s primary debtholder’s convertible note; which was sold to multiple 3rd Party Investors. Most [3rd party investors] of which converted and traded with no regard for the Company, or the common shareholder. With this lock up and the ultimate retirement of this debt, we expect a more fluid process in moving our operations forward and anticipate that value to be reflected accordingly.
