A third party investor assisted us with organizing the lock-up.
This particular 3rd party investor will also act as the specified investor beginning in 91 days [after lock-up], that will purchase the debt, in the event this particular debt continues to remain outstanding and the debt holder wishes to sell it.
However, management anticipates being able to retire most, if not all of this debt.
