In the back of my mind I always wonder whether a new institution taking a position in CTIX (or elsewhere) was one that employed the creeps continually badmouthing CTIX to hold the price down so they could get their shares cheaply. It will be interesting to see which institutions, if any, took positions during the recent short attack.
