My sentiments exactly. They hold the majority but maybe Doubloon can get their attention and tone this down to 1B. Authorizing more shares when you need them is no big deal. It's called "magic minutes".

I really hope they think this through and listen to some of us long term shareholders who have 5-6 digit investments with lots of business experience.
