Personally, I think there's more money to be made by the folks running the show if they hang on to what they have. Huge potential with the whole NTEK conglomerate in a small company format and will be able to execute much faster than a large company. That in itself may be an advantage to a larger company, for NTEK to play more of a service provider role in a number of area's that are there expertise.

You are correct about larger companies "buying " there latest innovations, but larger companies are also quite good at destroying the newly integrated smaller company by burdening them with the same policies and procedures that keep a larger company slow to respond to rapidly changing situations. Guess we'll find out eh ?
