WHY IS THIS EVENT SO IMPORTANT?
Unnecessary dilution kills! Especially where there is no true benefit to the company. Shareholders see and feel it most! What this event does, is give investors the opportunity to once again invest in an opportunity they know in their hearts is going to be something BIG, without fear of getting crushed by the typical micro-cap machine.
