If Marani presented you with insider information [based on the requirement to sign an NDA] then any buying or selling on that information would be considered insider trading.
It sounds like you sold your holdings after receiving that info. Is that true?
If material information was divulged, Marani has an obligation to make it public.
BTW, the phone number is the same one they have published for at least the last five years.
