I went thru 300 plus new emails forwards and backwards and havent received the WOLV proxy-so if you could post the rest of the relevant proxy
they had already raised A/S to 500m because when deal is closed for WOLV ownership of 25% of Enigma, Mr Chalk will receive 300M shares, Bruce 30M,and have issued shares May and July to pay off debt which should as per my calculations -see previous posts -be all paid off and then some
I've seen co's w 100B A/S and even some w "unlimited'' A/S
