The company wants to authorize more stock to cover potential acquisitions, stock options for employees, debt conversions, etc. We have no idea how much of this increase will actually be issued and neither does the company. It's a potential large dilution at worse and depending what the issuance is for could be growth that can improve the pps. It does make me a little nervous to see that amount of authorized stock from 200+ million to 5 billion shares but I don't think we have a choice. I still think management has our best interest at heart but no one has a crystal ball.
