Evidently there is a group of shareholders with a lot of shares that are refusing to vote at all until Gerald lays out a plan for the new authorised shares. If anyone has the opportunity to speak with any of them please convince them that voting either way will at least get us off the OTC. We really need to get on the Nasdaq to avoid the manipulaion on the OTC. I get the frustration with Gerald. It baffles me that he is refusing to address shareholders concerns, but not voting only hurts us at this point.
