It's good this longtime investor is finally asking questions, but this isn't quite the right one to ask. A better question is:
Why did Heddle spend at least $4.5M in SG&A, during the time that he said he was unable to afford the few hundred $K needed to fix the processors?
Did Heddle make his loans, only to turn around and compensate himself more than he put in?
