It sure as hell is! Last time we got to find out that Bordynuik was dumping 850,000 shares at $1.40 while he was encouraging the message board saps to gobble up his cheapies.
Maybe this time we can find out the names of some of Bordynuik's minions. You know. The ones to whom he illegally transferred shares from his children's trust in payment for doing his bidding:
" Bordynuik established a trust for his children into which he deposited JBI shares and then transferred them out of the Childrens’ Trust into the hands of persons who were not beneficiaries of that Trust, conduct which is contrary to the public interest, thereby meriting an Order under Section 127 of the Act."
