I have no doubt it's all above board. The company has been publicly stating buy backs since last year. So it's no secret. It is a material event that has been stated as on going many times. Was just thinking would it be better to buy all the ones vs higher prices. Either way, it's a damn good thing that's going on. I would just like to see as many shares bought on the cheap as possible. That helps all shareholders.

It was the timing of the buybacks I was referring to keeping on the down low with as many as 800 million recently sitting on .0001, I don't know the legalitys of it all so I can't talk. Just glad the company is buying back. That's a great thing.
