Netflix triggered an SEC Wells Notice simply because of a public facebook post made to their subsrcibers. This couldn't be more relevant to our situation. THIS is the kind of crap the SEC goes for these days. This whole image of this upstanding organization that protects investors and nails fraudulent companies is a lie.
