I sure hope the SEC and FINRA are cracking down on the groups that pump then dump then naked short and utilize message board posters to assist in their larceny. I know they also utilize hit pieces, class action litigation and filing complaints with regulators in hopes of of a trading halt with the stock reopening on the gray sheets. These folks working in groups sole intent is to steal our money and they should be prosecuted. I was thrilled to see this PR put out by the SEC as it gives hope that despite being way way overdue prosecution is still a possibility. I still am expecting news on our spinoff shares prior to the AGM.
