I would definitely not call that unreasonable. It will take some time but, not out of order at all. Right now I think we may see .01-.03 by early 16. What happens after that is up in the air.
I do feel that Cliff Pope does not like the current pps any more than the rest of us and will do things to keep the higher value in place once we start moving up again.
Share reduction with no RS, and complete removal of the DTC Chill will go a long way toward that IMO.
