It's his job, for pay. He and others are are on somebodys payroll. Nobody works 8 hours a day, 7 days a week , 52 weeks a year for spite or a hobby. Even a disgruntled shareholder will eventually move on to other stocks. It is obvious that somebody somewhere is or will profit from the failure of Marani.
