For CRGP to buy back shares, they can only buy back based upon a % of the volume. I'm wondering if someone isn't churning the float to create the necessary volume to allow for large blocks to be retired. Like the 77 million shares announced days ago following the large block trades. I think the company did buy back shares but there has to be enormous volume to make it happen.
The other thing...the divi due next week...the company will pay the divi on the legitimate shares, but if there are air shares being dumped into the market on news, well...someone has to pony up a lot of money to cover that expense or buy them back.
