Chessmite and I have both observed how a particular Market Maker that rarely goes into Penny Stocks, Unless directed, operated on another Pink OTC. They were quite skillful in picking up a sizeable position and then left like a thief in the night. IMO, someone directed them to building a position of QMC.
You will see them on Level II as "INTL" aka INTL FCSTONE
