I disagree. If it is a former employee that just wants to sink the company, well then it is time to sell your shares. If it were someone like Donald Baillargeon who was privy to important details about the company, well then it is time to load the boat.

Speaking of Don, he had access to Margrit, likely had access to strategic information about the company, got busted by the SEC in 1999 for manipulation and knows every sleaze bag in penny stock land....hmmm, I might be on to something!
