Track record of many stocks all being talked up and up while price goes down until it's finished. A little DD as has been suggested by some is pertinent here. So before you waste your money on imaginary people look at the #1 Master. All in the public domain so no legal documents needed to obtain all the information. Why else would someone constantly give the impression of buy buy buy, and DCA, DCA, DCA until stock delists and then moves on to another stock. Again its all public information.
