Remember when the IRS and state tax people came after another one of the *legit* companies (EXPH) promoted by the Colluding Entity Club?

It was for not paying their employee withholding taxes. Look how well that worked out! That had nothing to do with the bagholders who lost everything, or the "bashers", contrary to certain revisionist accounts.
