S-1 doesnt open FUTL for trading its the 6-12 month wait on 144 rule. Plus u have to have 2,000.00 in ur account as a marginal acct.
This first spinoff will dictate what calue the parent company has going. Forward. If FUTL tanks below 2.00 after reatrictions are removed then nobody will want to do anything but flip here forever more
