I can agree with the acquisition part. I can't attest to the multiple and timing. Let's look at this practically. First, during the first SHM 2 years ago, management themselves stated they were playing for a buyout. Next, they are pretty close to maxing out the AS but, still are lacking content. Do they increase the AS and risk hurting the SP for not only us but, also themselves? Bottom line, they don't have the capital to compete with the big boys in the long run but, they do have the technology that some company would want. I just think that a buyout is where this is heading.
