as those who interact with me regularly can attest
one of my mantras' (aka caveats) is ..

if you know how the *rigged* game is actually *played*
one almost never *focuses* on the PPS of an OTC stock >> again

imo 1M cert has been outlasted
original *crew* working *there* is .. bickering ..
and their *volume* keeps getting picked off .. weekly

so watch for *volume* (usually wash traded for illusion's sake)
and how many days between what gets marked and what doesn't on PTOI
