Major, in my opinion, Margri'ts silence is a clue to the puzzle. She has completely stopped supporting the pps as if she doesn't care about the pps, or shareholders. Therefore, it is possible that the "take over" may not be hostile at all. Could be an Insider maneuver to alter company control without enacting a reverse stock split. I always felt Margrit needed a strategic partner that already had a foothold in the industry.

In my opinion, shareholders securing positions at this pps level will have a very favorable roi.
