Just talked to TD Ameritrade. Even though the FUTL spinoff shares are not under a cuspid # they are restricted by 144 requirements.
MINIMUM 6 MONTHS
That means no one is allowed to trade FUTL stock for 6 months that were given dividends.

SO IF YOU BUY FWDG for SPINOFFS the same issue will become a 6 MONTH WAITING PERIOD FOR DIVIDENDS
