So much for internal investigative work. I do believe that some of the request for dismissal is factual, some of it also sounds unrealistic.
The oral arguments for this Weds have been cancelled and the judge will hear the request through briefs only.
I's hate to be one of the Hallin Plaintiffs now, knowing the walls are closing in on them for brain washing the young attorney.
