Marla Gómez Orozco has filed a lawsuit in the Southern District Court of Florida against PV Enterprises, Inc. It was filed on May 11, 2015. On Thursday, July 16, a motion for default judgment was filed by attorneys for Orozco. According to court records, Charles Merrill Eiss, Law Offices of Charles Eiss, P.L., & Lindsay Marie Massillon, Law Offices of Charles Eiss, P.L. represent Orozco.

These judgments keep adding up. OUCH

What I found out even before this post was, This one and MOST of PV's stuff was for the Florida corporation. Any criminal action Peter might have been involved in is against PV and HIM ALONE. Marla sued him for back wages. But she lied to the state of Florida and she got caught. That was after she filed her lawsuit that the state of Florida dept of labor found in favor of PV. I spoke to someone at PV's office in Florida and I was told this almost word for word awhile back, OLD NEWS POS pepe
