Yes Jax and Roll, it is a serious back peddle. But, if you read that information carefully, you will find that the process, if you can even call it that is still VERY ambiguous in actual , 'content', and still allows H/C to do what ever they want in shifting unclear guidelines at any point, up to and not limited to denial of the process at any point.
I doubt seriously that H/C is over this yet and more lawsuits will follow as a result.
Fortunately, for us, we go by the language spoken at the time of our filings a couple of years ago, as well as the unlawful actions taken by them at that time and since.
We are golden IMO. Back to lurking......GLTA
