I think Larry on twitter can shed light on a lot of things, he sounds like someone who has a lot of experience in this area. I've been thinking of the August 14 Q, and if HJOE doesn't file why would they choose this path?
Based off of their tweets, there is a backer, they've said that their backer has power. I think we can safely assume it's tabasco or the hunt family. Based from their pic "if you can read between the lines", I'm going to guess this backer is tabasco.
But regardless of who it is. Could the backer not want them to file till year end?
If so why? Could it be in the NDA about this type of disclosure?
Why would this be placed into an NDA? Based on the tweets, I would say that the company is growing at a rapid pace, why would their successes not want to be shared? Now all of this is based on "if they don't file". Would be interesting to get some insight as to why any company not just HJOE would choose this path
