My 2 cents.- AMBS cannot afford these kind of sloppy missteps in this critical period of companies progress. We don't know the reason or whose fault it was not getting the proxy statements out on time.
IMO, The company should have made it a high priority to make sure they were in the shareholders hands 2 weeks before the SHM and with a letter to the shareholders or at least a chairman's blog explaining the importance of voting and the need for the 35 shares for the progress.
I lost count on how many times in last 3 years the company has filed extensions on their 10k's and Q's for not being able to get them out on time and now 2 adjourned SHMs because of a delay in getting the proxies out and complete silence from the company other then a couple tweets from GC.
The company has to know that their credibility is suffering both in the eyes of the shareholders and wall street. This latest latest misstep could prove very costly.
They had the 30/60 in the bag, and now the next SHM isn't until September and the pps now in the 3's and not likely to improve floundering on the OTC.
If we do make it to the Nasdaq, this kind of sloppiness won't be tolerated by the institutions, hedge funds and shorts. The company will be punished even if the pipeline is excellent.
