Why do people still believe that this company is doing anything, other than existing in hibernation? All this talk about "pilots" is more of Heddle's imaginary "intent". He makes this clear throughout the 10-Q.
They have been sitting idle for at least the past 18 months:
" During the six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014 the plant was idle and five suppliers accounted for 21.0% and 21.3% of accounts payable, respectively. "

They can't run pilots because their processors are broken, and have been since 2013. They have nobody left on payroll to run pilots. They have no money to do any of this, and have been idle since 2013.
