I had a good conversation with a friend who is also invested in baltia...I asked him this:
If the slide packing issue is deemed an automatic fail of the mini based on faa rules and regulations... the faa would have already told Baltia they failed the next day...no excuses...just the faa following the rules...why would the faa
tell them later...after they confront the slide packer about the situation... and waste Baltias time?
IMO it doesn't make sense I strongly believe they will pass and they r just waiting on the FAA..could be paperwork... could be an investigation with the slide packer....who knows....
what do u guys think?
