No worries. It was known for awhile. He didn't just wake up on the 22nd and the CEO clearing house showed up at his door with an offer.
For this to be effective "immediately" a few weeks ago it's been in the works. If for some reason the uplist is pushed off for a few more weeks, not a big deal for folks in this for 6-36 months.
I am more interested in who will take the 4th spot as an independent director.
