So basically the entire regulated market is rigged, but the OTC is squeaky clean, I'm out of my mind here, somebody is worried enough to hire Janice shell to keep the sheep at bay here, somebody is in pretty deep , and if treaty can get through this mess ( created by the theives) the losses of the theives has no limit,
They have doubled and tripled and quadrupled down on this to kill it .
