One thing I noticed is what I would consider LOW VOLUME today for a stock with as much O/S as CTIX has if it had any validity of being a scam. Am guessing a million plus is naked shorting.
Not too really concerned but do expect Leo to act on THIS ONE.
When you get time , read the article . YES it was damming and of course YES they avoided mentioning anything that would not suggest a fraud
