To me it reads favorable for their new facility. This paragraph especially:
"Coulter says the Ontario Municipal Board's decision removes all the local obstacles impeding the planned medical marijuana facility -- but Health Canada still hasn't issued the Canadian Bioceutical Corporation a licence to begin production."
All they need to do is pass inspection and they will be up and running. The town says "Welcome and thanks for the 100 new jobs."
I'm sure that HC will find a reason for them to not pass inspection, though. It all sounds very familiar.
Currently they have enough LP's to cover demand. If HC would allow more LP's, one would think that this would drive prices of their product down due to supply, making medical MJ more affordable for their patients.
Why HC does what they do is beyond me. ARRRRGH!
