I agree, Puba, especially about "under promise and over deliver"!
I realize the company is trying to protect its bottom line, but if the budget does not include wages for a PR person who has advanced beyond Communications 101, then we should at least be able to count on a nuts-and-bolts updates at regular intervals...say, once a month or quarterly...just short and to the point. Real breaking news would be an unexpected extra, but free from fluff and REAL.
