Well yes and no. The old accountant firm stopped handling SEC filing clients, and FWDG was not the only company who " fired " them…really they resigned and it took the company by surprise, but its all good.

as far as incubation, more subsidiaries in the making, and it will be one that already brings YEARS of revenue to the table
